Canceling your appointment within 24 hours WILL result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. If you give me more than 24 hours notice, you WILL NOT be charged. I ask you to be mindful of this policy as it takes away from other clients. If you are more than 5 minutes late to an appointment , you are considered late. At this point we will need to reschedule your appointment, unless the schedule allows us to proceed with the service. If you find that you are running behind, please give me a heads up, and I will do my best to accommodate you. SUBJECT TO A $20.00 LATE FEE If you no show your appointment, you WILL be charged 100% of your service cost to the card on file. I understand that life happens, however, if you no show more than 2 times, you will be dismissed as a client, and will no longer be able to book with Envy Brow Bar. I ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are sick. If you call or DM me letting me know in advanced, you WILL NOT be charged a service fee. If you come to your appointment and are sick, I WILL NOT perform the service and you will need to reschedule your appointment. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A FEE. I understand that things come up, and you must bring your children. However, I do ask to refrain from bringing friends/family due to limited space. I ask that any children refrain from sitting in unauthorized areas and refrain from hovering during services. Children under the age of 10 are an exception to this policy and may come to the appointments. ANYONE UNDER 18 MUST HAVE A PARENTAL GUARDIAN WITH THEM. If my service hours do not work with your schedule, contact me and we can get you booked for an after hours appointment. AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 FEE Refer friends and receive up to 10% off your next service.
